Please stop showing boring videos

No they are not going to put like dungeons out dude that will leak way to much out before we get to play it. From what i see it would be better off what they are doing now the improvements are badass thats just a sample they dont want to give you the whole cookie unless you play the game and enjoy it from there. Soooo quite whinining and just wait for beta to come out and play it.

It wouldn't harm anything at all showing dungeons, as long as you don't show any plot points or potential spoiler bosses while in there. I have a feeling dungeons will get heavily altered from Alpha to Beta, so maybe perhaps that the dungeons are not quite ready for show yet. Don't know, just tossing ill-theories onto the table.

I don't listen to bad rumors from people who never tried out ARR, which include everyone. Listening to opinions of a game in alpha is something i consider carefully.

ITT: someone who prefers empty, flashy PR/marketing hype a la GW2 (who also stopped playing GW2 after a couple weeks) versus actual non-sensationalized and fairly straight forward looks into game mechanics and features

Um this is Alpha, it always say's Alpha video, you cant expect the world out of it. When the game gets closer to beta or in beta im sure they will be marketing the game more intensely. If you dont want to see what the environment looks like then simply dont watch the video and go play WoW.
Seems like people always find something to complain about with this game.

I may go a little off-topic, but I think that's highly unlikely, the shitty threads part I mean, because SE has not shown any boring video, in my opinion.

now i would agree that the videos are kind of stale but they clearly state that they are alpha footage so people can pretty easily deduce from that where the video is headed.

the big thing that i believe is dumb by SE is the way they are releasing these videos - let's take the trailer for ARR as an example; if they had uploaded one, single video for all languages, SE probably could've garnered a spot on youtube's top videos and then got an additional 1-9 million views depending on how it is taken by the public.

i understand some content [should] be segregated to language but in this case, the ARR trailer had no actual dialogue or text! it was a bunch of visuals and a song and it was completely retarded of SE to release it in 3-5 different videos. this is a big indicator that SE doesn't know how to market ARR 'properly'.
