Anyway, if SE is showing the same types of videos by a month before release then you should be worried.. otherwise right now its just to give those not in alpha something to look at while they wait.

Also notce in most cases (Aion, Guild Wars 2, Warhammer Online, etc) I cannot even get alpha videos, but still you get the idea. ARR is looking really good, and they even are saying that everything from graphics to animations to the combat system will improve frm here to the beta then to release. Honestly I think Square PR team is doing a really great job.

I'm sorry to hear that, but I rather enjoy their videos and Appreciate that they are even showing us anything.

Its this attitude that made 1.0 so bad in the first place. I appreciate the videos as much as the next guy, but I think i speak for a good portion of players when I say I learned my lesson. Criticism should be always welcome.

In 1.0 they didn't make as many videos as they did for ARR. In fact the only video we saw in 1.0 was the Alpha/Beta Metamorphosis. This is Alpha were talking about we got 5! Alpha Videos, and if I recall we truly didn't see much alpha footage at all ( correct me if I'm wrong w/ links please ^.^).

In ARR, they have shown Videos (5)/Screenshots / Dev Blog. In 1.0 we didn't have much of this ( I believe we did see SS of 1.0 Alpha in some degree) but not nearly as much as ARR.

They have been communicating more effectively this time around.

and the "Main" reason why 1.0 failed is because Wada forced the game out too early, and delivered a half cooked game. It has "nothing" to do with this "attitude"
