Why not abolish the Class system entirely in favor of Jobs? [@ Devs]

Well, the way I see it, you are levellin a job in anticipation of a class. To be a thaumaturge, all you have to do is level up your character. However, the class abilities must be earned through super hard quests, many of them party quests. I rather like the system how they have it set up.

I like the abilities earned through quests as well but I dont think that has to be a job only distinction. You can move that through any of the other suggested systems in this thread.
