A rep said that those who have CE (1.0) can pay a discounted price for the ARR (2.0) CE.

I wanted to know if there was a similar feature for non CE (1.0) players. I get that the discount might not be as "discounty" but it would beat buying a 90$ game for a few digital items.

Either I read it horribly wrong and its "anyone with an account" can get the discount or they have some way of telling.
