There was a rep quote a while ago talking about the ability for CE owners to upgrade to the new ARR CE.

I was wondering if there was going to be a step up program for those that dont have the old CE but want to step up to the new CE (obviously a more expensive upgrade and shouldn't come with whatever the old CE contained (unless its also in the new CE :P )).

Speculation is fun but a Rep response would be greatly appreciated. (Not in a hurry but I can decide how I want to go about things dependent on this information)
