why is this foreplay being added to my video games!?!?!?! lol, but seriously they don't need this in game, just a waist of resources. the same sex stuff is questionable and important but first fight it in the real world b4 you try to fight some game company that isn't even mained in your country. the states don't even all have same sex yet. but again, this stuff don't' belong in mmo's in my opinion.

But that's not the point my friend people here need something to talk about and i guess this is sort of an outlet for them to do so. It's this or grass i suppose. Am still sitting on "we don't need this" it pointless. But you know when one doesnt take a side it easier to see the big picture.

As some of you know, we recently locked another thread dealing with issues very similar to this one due to the fact that it degenerated into non-constructive arguments and personal attacks. I, along with other moderators, have been looking at this thread and understand what a very sensitive topic this is. Given that fact, it is only natural for people's opinions and feelings to be very intense. Unfortunately when this causes the discussion to degenerate into personal attacks, condemnations of others, and insults, we have no choice but to lock the thread.

I know what a very important topic this is for many of you and would like to keep this thread open for as long as people feel the need to discuss this topic. I must ask though, that you refrain from descending into personal attacks and insults on one another and keep the discussion on-topic while respecting other users' feelings, experiences, beliefs, and opinions.

Quite the opposite my fried, no hatred intended. Indifference yes but no hatred... You'll need to be more specific as no hatred was intended and after rereading my posts i can't see what you see. If you referring to the quoted post. That is how the majority of the world looks on this not my view. Personally i don't care, my plan is get married, have kids, and when they grow up what they choose is there concern.

I'm guessing your main language isn't english? Some things can get lost in translation and it's easy to take certain things out of context, it happens lol

Real-world religion implies that our characters are christian, buddhist, muslim etc etc, which is false.

No one here is arguing whether or not we need marriage in-game though. They're adding it, it's decided. This thread is solely about the restriction, that's it. If you'd like to discuss whether or not marriage should even be in-game, please start a thread pertaining specifically to that.

Leave the thread if you don't like it. Put us all on ignore. This thread isn't hurting you. Let it be until the mods decide they want to close it. I don't get why you and a few others are so adamant about getting this thread closed. What does it matter to you if this thread is open or not?
