If you listen carefully you'll notice the sound of a horse when Louisoix is smiling at the very end.

You know how when someone says "hey listen to this record backwards you can hear blah blah blah", and when you do, you sort of hear (or think you heard) blah blah blah? Well I don't know if this is the case for that end scene with Megaflare>>Louisoix or not, but I THINK I HEARD A HORSE TOO lol.

I keep watching the video over and over and I'm still not sure he died. When they show the adventurers being ported out, they all faded into a white light too. What if Louisoix did the same thing and his smile was a way to tell Bahamut that while the lands may have been destroyed, he did not accomplish his goal of total annihilation of the people of Eorzea? Just my thoughts...
