Louisoix casts one final spell whilst Bahamut is charging megaflare, it releases the symbol of Althyk who is the god of space and time, so perhaps one final summon from Louisoix and Althyk sent us somewhere or somewhen, still it wouldn't have happened without Louisoix.

Was reading the first page and first thing click to me was, did hildabrand release the key from dalumud so he can drop back down to eorzea? Did he acciedentaly rerelease bahamut? Not sure if was said already.

Bringing him back, would just cheapen it all.
