    Not necessarily. Who says the guy isn't caught on the way out of the locker room, or days later with tons of footage on him?

    I don't know how to make this more clear: THE SUBJECTS OF THE VOYEURISM NEVER, EVER FIND OUT.

    (If they did, they could press civil charges which is understandable)

    Why should it be a criminal matter??
