Violation of privacy laws. which have nothing to do with marriage equality.The last several pages of this thread have been filled with pontifications over not restricting sexual activity long as nobody is harmed. There is a serious flaw in that logic and used the following to my point:
A peeping tom (who is not caught by the victim, and does not distribute any materials relating to it) is someone who is engaging in their sexual preference without harming anyone.
On what standing do we have to make it illegal?
If you can't answer that question, then you can't use the argument.
