Yeah, Sahagins have been confirmed, and considering the actual 'arena' in which Leviathan would have to fought it would make sense that it be controlled by beastmen whom actually have the ability to swim. I don't think Goblins will get a Primal, since in this game they tend to be more placid then in XI, but I might be wrong =) It would make the 6th Beastmen Giants, if they're implemented (I haven't noticed anything?).
