Alpha Tester Acceptance Mails Heading Out!

Don't see this happening. SE has already stated that these will be controlled tests....I.E. people in certain places doing certain things. People blitzing probably won't happen til Beta.

It doesn't matter if people "Blitz" or not, it's a stability test before anything for now. So it's better to have hardcore testers leveling and doing quests like crazy rather than people just sitting in a corner taking screenshot of their character.

(And well level will most likely be limited like for the first alpha, to ~20 or something.)

or even better, do what they are told and pile up in the areas that SE wants them to. Alpha isn't really for questing and such as much as for stress testing. At least that's the case at this stage. TBH, I'm ok with not being in the first group.

You'd be surprised how many forget that Alpha and Betas are for testing simply because most developers only use the terms to cover up any screw ups in their early demos so people can't call out their laziness in development.
