Multiple choices of material sets to produce the same armor would have a huge step potentially. Mixing dyes, more dyes in general, and using dyes on specific areas of the gear (blue on the cloth, slightly amber-browned metal) would have been pretty cool too.

If only they had gotten the server framework, UI, and battle sub-mechanics right from the start, we could probably have all that and much, much more now...
