Cn reminds me of a bunch of slapped together retaining walls with a bunch of storage crates strewn around. That area is the epicenter of what ever the hell is going to happen with the flaming ball of death. That place is not built to last.Idk, CN looks like it was meant to be a permanant installation. Just because it's original purpose has been fullfilled, does not mean that it can't be repurposed for other tasks. Given that Mor Dhona is fairly central, I would assume that it would become a rear line staging area for campaigns against the city-states.

And yet it is a fortification. temporary forts are usually built from local materials like wood, packed earth or snow. Castrum Novum on the other hand went beyond stone and was built with armored curtain walls and reinforced gates. It doesn't paint me as something that's going to be torn down easily. Also, it makes more sense from a logistical view: Why move all those men and resources into Mor Dhona if you're just going to abandon it afterward? That place was built to stay.
