I really don't give a rats behind about your disclaimer, it's still legitimate discussion. You have no right to tell other people what they can and can't discuss. Since my original post was not a reply to yours, I really don't care whether you find it unwelcome or not, since I wasn't directing it toward you.

It is not going to kill you or ruin the game if the list of removed achievements is expanded. And as previously discussed as you chose to ignore because all you could think about was your disclaimer, They will update the list if it changes. Considering the fact that secondary tools AREN'T being removed, I rather think that they aren't just removing spearfishing (which isn't really spearfishing at all considering you're usually just stabbing at the ground, often not even in water) but replacing it with a new fishing mechanic that might even count towards the same achievements which will be renamed/relabeled appropriately.

The people raging about this have no leg to stand on, considering

1) they were notified by the reps prior to making the complaint. if that's not good enough for you, then there is a faliure on the reader's part to accept the fact that there is always a delay in translation from JP forum to NA forum.
2) They've given them no chance to update the list or at least say they will update it.

What about the harvesting and the quarrying achievements? Will they still be intact?
