But back on subject. It's not about being unfair to casual players, it's about being fair to everyone and making a game that will last instead of being nothing but spoon-fed content.

The game really needs those NM like Leaping Lizzy and Valkrum Emperor. It seems so empty with out them.

I guess your definition of fair is the game catering to the only 3 people on these forums asking for 24 hr NMs? Wow.
