It's not "opinions" that shaders and lighting is what makes things pretty or atmospheric. I know you'll defend this to your last breath, but that's basic knowledge lol.

Here's a serious question: Do you think the Dalamund weather effect is just a pretty picture? Honestly, I think defending everything SE does has gotten to you lol, now you're even denying that shaders and lighting, something even yoshida talks about doesn't do anything for graphics and it's simply opinion.

Not trying to be mean but..c`mon now, anyone who follows any next consoles know the one thing every developer talks about with their engine or new game is the lighting above anything else.

Of course it is? but that's my "opinion". its far from a fact. some people will hate it.. some people will love it. You know were human after all. If there was a billion Elexias or Starlords or whoever the world would be boring with no differences of "opinions".

Facts are come from SE because it's "official" everything else is opinions. I agree Lighting and shader do make the game look better you are indeed correct.

However, it does not change the fact that the objects, ground, sky etc itself (which has nothing to do with lighting or shaders look beyond that for a second), that to me "my opinion" that it doesn't look cartoony, and it's an amazing site to see. Your telling me it's wrongful for other people to have opinions of what something looks like?

Respect other people's opinions and we wouldn't have as many arguments as these forums tend to have because people don't know how to respect other opinions.

Yes, you are wrong in this regard. Everything is affected by shaders and lighting, how do you think the water even looks like water to begin with?
