I want play without lags on EU server placed in EUROPE, NOT EU server placed in JAPAN...

That is the whole point of it, missus.
They would not be tagging the regions on the servers (which are not regional) if they weren't going to put them there.

Sorry, to clarify, our post is specifically answering a question about users wanting to change after they've chosen new servers. We're not saying existing players will remain on current servers until a time that is designated for people to move.

So how i'm reading this is we all get one transfer, per Chr after 2.0 launch. after that we are locked into that server until the re-opening of server transfers. at which point you will pay a fee to have your chr transferred. this i'm ok with.

I have a bit of follow up information in regards to world selection when A Realm Reborn begins.

For those of you that have friends that are not currently playing and you would like them to play with you, rest easy knowing that new players will be able to select the existing worlds instead of the newly created worlds. However, in the case that there is a large amount of people who come back to the game and the world reaches it population cap, the regular rules will apply and there is a possibility that we will suspend new character creation on these worlds.

Also, for current players, it will be possible to create a new character on the new worlds. However, existing players will not be able to move to these new worlds for a certain period of time.

lol with each "clarification" it seems to get more and more confusing. now it sounds like new players are only able to create new chrs on the existing worlds instead of the new worlds, existing player will be able to create new chr's on the new worlds but existing chr cannot transfer for this suspended amount of time. this is messed... lol

I think you're reading too much into it.

Here is a possible solution. Split up the current servers into all 3 regions and allow old players to move to any of the old servers, make a few servers a new players only for the first few months or whatever.

For example, not going to list all servers but something like this

Ridill - JP
Masamune - JP
Durandal - JP
New world A - JP (New players only for 3 months)
New world B - JP (New players only for 3 months)

Aegis - NA
Gungier - NA
Sargatanas - NA
New world C - NA (New players only for 3 months)
New world D - NA (New players only for 3 months)

Ragnarok - EU
Excalibur - EU
New world E - EU (New players only for 3 months)
New world F - EU (New players only for 3 months)
