I just want to share that the stamina bar is coming back pretty much as the new TP gauge. The only difference is that auto attack is not part of it.I agree, to an extent. But there is a difference between being genuinely concerned about a system and bashing on a system simply because you personally don't think it's best.
For example:
Certain people who will not be named want the Stamina Bar back. That's fine. They're entitled to their desire for whatever they want. But then they go on to say how the current system is lacking, or poor, or sucks simply because it isn't the stamina system they want.
People are injecting horribly biased opinions into their suggestions and "concerns" that distort the issue they are trying to present.

Understandable and I'm with you on wanting this game to be incredible in terms of graphics and animations. I'm just saying when you have a situation like this where the op insists on saying the game has made no progress when the producer himself has already come out on the issue and admited that it was old footage, I'm going to call them out on overreacting. And people have the right to complain about complaints about complaining. And so on into infinity.
I don't think anyone ever said that the game was doomed to failure because of the grass (there was actually like two legitimate threads in that mess, the rest where hooking onto a cheap gag.), the animation, or the fact that it's currently structured around the atypical standard. Some of us are just disappointed in what we're seeing and people think we hate the game for it. Just because people like Rokien point possible out issues a lot doesn't mean they hope for the games failure, or even expect it. They want square to realize the problems and tend to them to be sure the game is not only a success, but a truly stellar game in terms of quality, presentation, and originality.
The fact that the animations are in a downgraded state is a legitimate concern, but there are ways to voice concern without over exaggerating like some people are doing.
But we didn't know it was old footage 2 days ago...
Those that initially seen it and spread word around that the quality seems to not be improving every time they show off ARRThis is the "damage has been done" scenario. SE is going to have to go through damage control soon, no more media events (of large importance at least) so everything from here on out has to be near perfection in the sense they're showing only current assets.
Well tbh, there are Youtube Comments that did have some excitement ( of course mixed in with the screw SE this game is going to fail trolls, also mixed in with the f2p? attitude.) Really its always the same thing each Trailer , its nothing new really.. probably didn't take notice of it.Those that initially seen it and spread word around that the quality seems to not be improving every time they show off ARRThis is the "damage has been done" scenario. No, not it's not at all lol. The new TP system is basically the same as the current TP system with a few minor adjustments. Currently TP is based on delay, so after a given time if two classes with different weapons have their delay match up they should have the same TP if they're just auto-attacking. Rates are changed with use of throwing weapons, TP abilities and missing. The new system just evens out everyone's TP generation rate and no longer penalizes you for missing.
naaa, all you are going to be doing is 11111223451112352311111 wait for tp, and repeat. Same thing as staminaNo, not it's not at all lol. We do that already.... It's how MMOrpgs work. If you don't like hitting buttons waiting till you can do your more powerful moves then you should go play single player games and leave MMO's be.... Because seriously we already do that to an extent, so how is it different?
Also (not in the right topic but I did want to say this. /sarcasm "OH NOEZ THE MMO DOESN'T HAVE ALL THESE FEATURES AT LAUNCH. THEY WILL COME AFTER LAUNCH! IT WILL FAILZ!!!" /sarcasmoff. Alright man another thing that you miss about the aspects of MMO's even wow does it with expansions, they release the start of an expansion/vanilla and then over the next year or two they release all the info to finish everything. It is called extending gameplay, because if they gave us everything at launch or at the beginning in any mmo the hardcores would be done in a week or month of all content and complaining about needing new content and new expansions. They never release everything at launch because you just lose MORE players that way because they have nothing to look forward to in the future because everything has been done. That is why I think most "Korean MMO's" fail because they put everything in at release and its done in a month or two, leading to the phrase, "flavor of the month". Because they are all used up and make another one with exact same game play different story because they never expand upon the lore. It is what it is at release that thats what you get, thats why more successful (yes even low pop mmo's and now ftp) ones are still going because they stagger content to keep us paying and interested. If you haven't figured this out yet, just stop wasting your money on mmo's and get a single player game where you get all content and beat it in a week or so like it was intended so you can go buy a new game and give the companies even more money per month.

I obviously didn't read the entire 11 pages of this thread, but I do notice a more "stylized" look to the graphics from what we seen so far. It's in no way a bad thing, as it's only a matter of taste. But I prefer the more muted color pallet of what we have now. Still going to play 2.0 though.
