Either way, if you're serious about reporting copyright infringment, you should email square enix, not make a ruckus on the forums about it.
And when you email them, make sure to include the name of the copyright holder and make sure they actually hold a copyright. Otherwise, there isn't any copyright infringement because the item isn't copyrighted.
