GM calls

Hello there guys. My ls mates told me GM's do not reply to in-game GM calls and i whould like to ask how to call one properly because SE support centre said they couldnt answer my question and to: "Unfortunately, we do not have any information about gameplay, as this is the technical support centre. We would advise to contact a GM with your query." and i sent a ticket to Contact>Customer service>In-game/Game Contents>In-Game/Contents. Still they replied me as i shown above. Any way i can successfully call a GM at all these days?

People been trolling me in-game in my ls telling me the event is always about to end... the seals event, i'm getting worried cause i got alot of crystals and am slowly using them with the 400Seals Crafting exp support, so was wondering how long will this last so i whould know when to waste/sell them in advance.

No one knows. GMs or mods won't tell you until they are ready.

Nothing a GM can do about that, hence why they likely threw out the call. The event ends when it ends, there was no set date.
