There is no such thing as "perfect" communication...and no matter what there will be misunderstandings. People read the same things differently...otherwise we'd all be robots.
When we adhere to a contract we read the fine print (some do at least [I know the majority of you don't...otherwise we wouldn't be in the housing crisis we are in.]) It is never in one neat short tidy spot. It is almost always riddled with "copy," "legal jargon," "big words"
When we remove ourselves from being human and no longer speaking on a one on one basis of understanding we get "this (whatever this is)."
That is why "Customer Service" exists. It is why when we don't understand we find reason to...it is humanity

I respond to these threads because, frankly, I'm sick of the state of HYPER Entitlement that is prevalent in today's society.
I guess that's what we're being taught in society these days. People make it like they didn't have a choice, or they couldn't have made an informed decision before jumping in. And blaming others rather then taking responsibility.
We all live and work around these ideals. I know someone will respond with why settle?! My answer...Because it's not always about you...
