And why wouldn't it be good if it's a random event? Ironically GW2 thrives on a sense of randomness.

Random = Exclusionary = Not Fair = Pisses People Off = Lowers Sub Count

There has yet to be a single one of these events that did not piss off a Huge part of the community. People don't know they are happening unless they read the forums, and most people dont read the forums.
