    In the current game, armor can a much different appearance based on the lighting. Looking at these pictures, it appears there's just a bright white light somewhere...something we don't have anywhere in Eorzea. I'm guessing they're just images made to show the classes, and that the ingame stuff will look better.

    You're probably right.
    Indoors will probably look more vibrant while out in the open will look a bit more dimmed.
