You're right, let's just shut down 70% of the forum because we shouldn't ever listen to the players. Also close down all class discussions and anything specific to any one feature. Leave just General Discussion and Support. Delete all threads that make suggestions, they only make the game easy mode/WoW.

The devs should listen to what we're saying but take any suggestions we make with a grain of salt and decide for themselves what is best for the game and what is just people asking for things they want. Not all the devs play the game, we do. We are experiencing the direct impact of the changes they make and we see exactly how things pan out.

Ok, I was a bit too extreme, but yes, they should listen. They shouldn't change the direction of games just because of peoples complaints and what people want though. They should basically only listen to bugs or exploits and stuff imo. Not "THIS GAME IS TOO HARD!" "WE WANT EVERYTHING FOR FREE!"

@Elexia I haven't played with the new abyssea stuff, but from what I've been told it dumbed down and newbed the game up in even more ways. The game is basically the easiest MMO on the market and stuff like that. X_X Downhill since TOAU The ASA/ACP/MKE expansions were really fun, and the final bosses were great. I loved the difficulty in them, I guess that's not allowed though, everything needs to be easymode!

I could solo the final boss of abyssea with an item from it >.>, even without it it's still not terribly hard.

What is this? Why do you turn around? Do you even have to? And you're spamming 1 WS with unlimited TP and taking like 0 damage from every attack...is this intended to be solod? That fight looked easier than a FF14 mission, just took longer ._.

That doesn't even look like the FFXI I remember, that's a complete joke...
