I still think SE doesn't realise the power that word of mouth has.

If I tell my friend "hey look, this looks awesome, want to play?" he's far more likely to look into it.

Especially when you can do both, it's not like telling the community or the media is a mutually exclusive option. The media is great for extra interviews, but we should see the meat as it's released.

exactly at least team up with BIG websites like gametrailers and/or IGN to do a live stream. we need to show that and show that, i'm sure that shit can spread through social media more than actual media, fucking hell most of the stuff we find out about is through social media.

Why tell us just a day before the event that we can't see it? All I can think is their marketing department is a bunch of twisted bastards that just enjoy seeing us get angry of this stuff.

I'm too tired of waiting to even care anymore. I'll play it when it's out and that's it. Until then I will have ZERO expectations because SE has systematically failed to generate any buzz for me at all.

Exactly... it's not like they are going to stop them from Video Feeding and "Spreading" the word, I think that's what they are aiming for really, letting the Media and Fans Post all Video related stuff on Youtube!

Edit: And "Flood of Information" doesn't necessarily mean " Video Coverage either" ( but there will be video coverage from Youtubers and the Media, the Media will most likely have High-Quality Video Coverage).

He could meant not releasing videos about Yoshi's presentation and no plan to broadcast the presentation live because they did release live events on youtube (Vanadiel festival) before, they might just meant not this one. You guys are getting way too worked up for possibly Youmukon's possibly bad choice of words.
