I'd rather not add more artificial limitations in.

I think adding restrictions such as level caps on maximum or minimum level or requiring a certain amount of people in order to enter an instance is a terrible mechanic.

If I'm higher than the level the area is designed for, why shouldn't I be able to find that area too easy? The rewards for that content should all be too low for me too so its not like me being able to complete the content solo is going to unbalance the game.

The same can be said for the opposite. If want to send my low level character into a dungeon to face a high level boss, why shouldn't I be able to? By all means design it for a higher level, make it kill me easily but let me try.

Its because of mechanics like this that we have to take 4 people into dungeons when all you need to do is open a chest. Really, I don't need 3 other to come for that.

Or 8 people to challenge Ifrit even if we're strong enough to do it with less. Pointless restrictions.

As far as level caps go, I've earned those levels. Yet me use them to my advantage.
