because there are not enough leves for any of them to be rare you have a handful of different ones per city state. I'm not being rude I'm just disagreeing, you are the one that wants to take away the only reasonable way to rank up, I'm trying to protect it.

I dont' think shes trying to take it away. She wants to make it better. Big difference there.
