Small things that might make FF14 better

-I'd like to see more animation in NPC's instead of them simply standing there, which doesnt make the game look too lively.

-Perhaps more animations for black mages and white mages when casting so it also doesnt look like we just stand there bored.

I'd like if the different types of magics had different cast animations/poses. Like when casting attack spells, the mage stands this way, and when casting buffs, they stand that way, and casting cures they stand another way.
