My small gripes

Ya I've never had an issue with holding down the left or right trigger either, that's how I played it in xi as well.
The seperate chat bars, can't you just create them yourself? Or do you want more tabs, since you can fully customise the tabs yourself you can make those tabs if you want to, my issue is on the game pad there is no way of changing without using the mouse.
World clock they said was coming
Rest I agree, especially the typing and gathering / crafting, it was a lot worst so I think I'm happy that it wasn't like it used to be and being removed on every action

I was unaware of the game clock coming, that's cool. Maybe it really is just me then with the macros! If no one else has the same issue as me then maybe I will just have to bite the bullet on that one! It would be nice to have an option though

you can have four different tabs already in two differen't chat zones two for each zone go into the menu and configuration and I believe it's either Log or chat options

Thanks for the advice, I have tried working with this but I don't have much screen space on my laptop so several tabs on one bar would be the best thing, for me personally at any rate. I also agree with Eruantien, there should be some way to toggle between chat tabs on the gamepad; maybe the button that is used to go to status bar or the button used for the inventory/chocobo etc widget could toggle through.
