My small gripes

My macro bar displays when I hold the trigger down and hides when I release it.

I've never had any issues with it not going away.

There are 2 modes, one like you just described where it is only displayed when you hold the button down and one where pressing the button turns it on/off.

What I want (sorry if I explained badly) is the possibility of pressing button to bring the macro bar up, scrolling across like the action bar, press confirm button and macro bar disappears.

The first way where the macro bar is only on while you have the button down is fine for keyboard users as you can hold the button down then decide which number to press but for gamepad users it's a pain to cycle through to the one you want; it's not a smooth process.

I'm pretty sure what I'm suggesting was how it was done in FFXI, so maybe I just still need to adjust but manually turning the macro bar off kinda annoys me, especially when I'm in a panic! I don't use macros t the moment for this one reason.

Oh and Starlord, I know it's the generic response but maybe a post like this just might get noticed and some things be put into 2.0. You never know right?
