    to the DEV Team

    Please do not keep hamlet even remotely close to how intensely boring it is now or at least make it so that there is 100% seal drop rate upon success so people don't have to lose their mind to get a Relic.


    Side note: to those who may comment "Relic isn't for everyone" I understand this, but there is no reason a video game made for entertainment should be intensely boring and make you clock in over 300 hours doing the same exact thing just so you can do slightly more damage in a video game.

    That being said I have no interest in Relics in 1.0 and if they keep it how it is then I will not be interested in Relics in 2.0.

    Well, shoot, if they would have listened to me before it was released, it would have been 100xs better.

    Open world, drop in and go content. Like campaign~

    And that's the problem why everyone hates you, and you still forget 40 person limit in current client

    I always pictured Hamlet as public content that is done in the open world and anyone can join. Kinda like Campaign/Besieged in FFXI... But then I remember that you can't see more than 20-40 characters on screen at the same time and I understand why they did what they did with Hamlet.

    I'm speaking of this. The current client can't handle more than 40 people on screen at the same time, so for gods sake no, you could'nt have a campagn-like event. How you're supposed to manage an open world hamlet with 100+ people at the same time, when you can just see 40, can you explain me ?

    They had an idea for hamlet and implemented as they saw fit, limitations or not. Whether or not it changes is entirely up to them and honestly I really don't see it changing much, especially with how it's tied in with relics. I mean if it's totally open world then how do you decide who gets how many points and what chests? If it's everyone working for the rewards of all participants then you see something like Caravan or the Moonfire Faire event where you see a ton of leechers.

    Furthermore how do you even balance something that's entirely open world? Even if it scales to the amount of participants, you still have the issue of leechers making the fight needlessly difficult by simply being there.
