So much for being a "solo" leve.

Seems like it's impossible without Hallowed Ground, or at least bringing along a friend who has it.

IOr if you plan to say farm the 4th quest per say, do you have to start back over at #1 and work your way back up unlocking them and same for 2~3, always doing the ones before each try?

These faction leves seem to be different than the others. So far people in my party have been able to re-do the same ones in a row as much as they want.
