Please address this obvious discrimination against Bards and Paladins, SE.

Can't wait for SE to make Bard and Paly materia be new ones you only get from materiaing Garuda weapons or something. Just look at it this way, it could always be worse.

It could be worse, this is true. Saying 'it could be worse' as a means to justify a broken and flawed design choice isn't acceptable though. Not saying you're trying to justify it, but it is true statistically that BRD and PLD got the short end of the stick. Why? This could have easily been avoided.

To anybody that says: "Lol go SB the materia yourself, stop being lazy" - go spend some time melding some belts, hats, and weapons yourself, then get back to me.

Not "Justifying" anything, I just pointing out that it could be far worse than it allready is.

People who are paying 2mil for Heavens Eye materia totally missed the train when I was spotting the allready melded weapons for like 3-4 mil.

I really doubt the weapons go for 3-4 mil...

On our server weapon costs are :

Sword&bow :~30 (which is imo too low)
Axe : 30
Lance : 30
Mnk fists : ~13
WHM : ~15
BLM : ~30

Please note the "Used to" like I said before the materia jumped to high prices you could find the weapons for a few mill pre-slotted.

This was back when it would cost maybe ~1-2 mill to get all the resources and materia some people were more than happy to double their investment considering the market for the items was unknown at the time.
