It's really hard to find anyone who wants to go Mog or Garuda, Ifrit is more likely since there are people who can change it to Materia or Seals.
This month when 1.23 comes out (hopefully soon), there will hopefully be a list of things not available anymore in 2.0. Though they want to make this list it MIGHT not actually be available.
