    This game is super casual friendly because I can go and get a weapon/armor drop my first try and some guy who has been doing it 100x gets nothing.

    rofl this. my friend who is extremely casual (plays once in a blue moon, afks mid fight, halfass plays etc) did ifrit..first run got ifrits claws for his mnk..his only job lol and then did 2 more ifrit..got the axe. never did it again. perfect example of why rng is so fail.
