NO NO NO NO NO to anything even remotely close to trial of magians. If there is one thing I hated with a burning passion in ffxi it was trial of the magians. It was one of the main reasons I left ffxi. We think we have an insane and boring time sync now, have them add a system where we have to kill 300 nm (add about another 2k nm for that if you want to include the ones who drop pop ki),

Wait wait wait...when was this included? Because I could have sworn when I worked on my Redemption I never once had to kill 300 NMs lol. Misinformation :\

Also, the majority of the paths take so little work it's ridiclous. Even Empyrean weapons take a little work outside of the final trials designed to be a timesink. It takes 2 days if you're lazy to collect 50 items for stage 1 emp, and 75 items for stage 2 emp.
