These are the hardball questions that need to be asked before we could really demand anything from the dev team asfar as answers go
This is exactly what I tried to express in my last few posts.

I think the concept itself is flawless, but the ways to implement it still needs a bit of work.There are very good propositions in place, but there are still some gray zones as you just pointed out.
