Well those achievement activate even at level 1. There is no level 3 in the game. You are misinformed.

WHM stands at the front line pops sentinel + rampart aerora, pulls mobs to the third line kites for 5-10secs then pops shroud of saints, wala.

This will speed your runs up by at least 1-2mins

Shosa. It's level 2. We share the same server, HQ Coeurl Skin is up, and Hamlet Defense for Aleport is level 2.

devs stated that there will be higher levels of hamlet, they just arent implemented yet

when hamlet got added they specificaly said there would be 5 ranks, but only 2 to start
