(Authors note; I wrote this because I was sick of explaining this crap to every single party I made, and yes, this is completely possible to pug. I posted it here just because I thought it might help some of you get this crap done. )
You're doing Hamlet Defense, you want those Relics right? Yes? Good, listen up.
Wall of text in 3, 2 , 1...
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DoL - The goddamn most important part of the group. Number required: 2.
At the start, do red, and then quickly do a blue. And then just keep doing red until the final Unique Weapon Beastmen dies, and then just do poisons and sleeps and whatnot to get points.
Because I feel this is important, and I actually have to tell you because everyone I've ever had as DoL is dumb and doesn't do it unless I tell them to.
Elect one of your DoL to be the "Lead" DoL, he's gonna tell your other DoL which colour to turn in next.
So, if there are 2 reds handed in (Which means you need 1 more, and there are two of you, and if you both run and grab a red it's gonna be like "Hurrrr") the leader will either say "Go grab Red. I got 'x'" or he's gonna say "Go grab 'x', I got Red."
Simple isn't it? I recommend making macros, it helps. So do it, and do it right.
Also, if you find you're sitting around waiting for your pot to respawn, just pick up another colour near it, that will make your pot reset.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DoH - Number required: 2. Also the most important part of the group.
2 of you, are gonna be buffing attack, and only attack. ATTACK ONRY. Got it? Do it. Co-ordinate your hand ins.
Use progress abilities, and don't Hasty Hand that crap, if you do you will most likely botch.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WHM - Number required, 2. Extremely important part of the group. Also most important part.
Buff the NPCs, heal them.
Heal players, esuna DoH if they stand still like an idiot and get a DoT on them. Do it, and do it right.
Also, when the boss spawns for the love of god have at least 1 WHM follow the pack and heal the poor
stock pile NPC.

Wildcard x 1
Any job will work for this, doesn't matter. This player kills the Scared Fauna and the Beast of Burden, and more or less does bugger all in the meantime, but it's preferred to have them single target DD enemies on the front line and when they gain aggro, pull them to the back.
And for God's sake, don't kill the unique weapon enemies, you can lower their health a bit to have them die faster but that's all.
Also, when you see there are about 3 enemies left, head for the Errant Soul, which is located at the google doc linked below.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WAR/PLD - (Yes, PLD can do this crap just fine and in fact it's preffered.) Literally the most important person in the entire group and this persons' action will determine if you get 60,000 + points or not.

Oh damn what's that? Something unrelated? No it isn't bookmark it. Do it now.
On that guide, it's gonna tell you where certain NMs are gonna spawn, and you're gonna read it. You bet your butt you are going to read that info, why? Because those Scared Wildlife have to die, and so does that Beast of Burden. So do it, and do it right.
At the start of the fight, go and get the scared wildlife, it spawns right at the start.
After that? DD something, heal if you're a PLD, try and keep enemies off your DoH and DoL.
At the 20:30ish mark, the Beast of Burden is gonna spawn, are you gonna kill it? Hell no you aren't, you're too busy tanking the boss that spawns RIGHT AFTER it.
Be at the entrance, and when it spawns, kite that bugger away from the Archers, and keep doing it until every single enemy is dead, which is around the 11 min mark, and then go and kill the Errant Soul with the WHMs/Wildcard.
The location you should kite the enemy varies from Hamlet to Hamlet, but it really doesn't matter where, as long as you aren't dying while doing it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And that's it! That's 60,000 points(Assuming the inclusion of a top 20, if not you'll break 50,000 easily).
Have fun!
