Then that is you. It is very common in MMO's that groups want experienced players. If you want to make a PUG with the benefit of helping others, good for you. At the same time, there are people who want experienced players and not ones who will hold them back in the benefit of better chances of success. That is us. Nothing in my statements said that inexperienced should be left out of groups. If you want to teach people, go ahead.

The point I made before you decided to take it into a different direction is that how "elitist" like players look at people when they invite them. Based off experience and gear, not simply by their job.
