Where is the BLM nerf?

o_O now I"m confused what exactly did they do to ARC/BRD aside from adding a recast to light shot when WS are used lol?

This update was just sort of another kick in the nuts after the complete gutting of ARC post 1.18 is all.

(Yes, ARC was powerful pre-AA, no more so than WAR and BLM are now. Just that SE sort of decided to cap Archer in the knees with a baseball bat.)
