Which is what makes the campaign effective. People now know there is more to do so they might sign up even if only for a month.

how would you manage not to speed off to endgame when you can get 2-3000 exp per kill with chain bonus rested bonus and food bonus? if you dont manage to get at least 1 job to 50 in a week then you only play like 2 hours a day and you will probably leave to play another MMO when that comes out anyway. I've Played since beta and have all battle classes to 50 and i play 6 hours a day and the only thing that i do is craft ( but dont make money cuz i cant get a spot in the uldah wards despite the mercantile houses) and do about 10 AV and CC runs a night which if we are lucky we get 3 DL pieces a week. I still play because of the time i have invested in the game already and i want to see it get better. but if these people are coming back that means they left because they didnt like the game when they played it, and i dont see much in the game here that would change my mind enough to get me to stay
I mentioned Endgame content in my originial statement, someone else mentioned Hamlet, and since endgame requires a job you must LEVEL, i talked about the ease of leveling, which would ALLOW you to do the ENDGAME content.
Well hun, perhaps you should take a month or two break. Attacking the welcome back campaign that is clearly not designed for people with as much progress as yourself serves little purpose.
just because people can get to 50 in a week doesn't mean they will, even if they play 6 hours a day. Some people actually enjoy playing content at the level it was intended for.how would you manage not to speed off to endgame when you can get 2-3000 exp per kill with chain bonus rested bonus and food bonus? if you dont manage to get at least 1 job to 50 in a week then you only play like 2 hours a day and you will probably leave to play another MMO when that comes out anyway. Or, you know, questing, crafting, exploring, trying out other jobs, etc etc.
This game doesn't have to be a race to get to 50.
My main question was bolded in the original statement, what is so once in a lifetime about the stuff happening in the game right now? unless Dalmund decides to plummet to earth in the next 4 days i dont see anyone using the welcome back period experiencing anything we havent already experienced for the last 3 months.
hello imperial invasion, hello Grand Company starting quest, hello many2 things such as the garuda cutscene, ifrit cutscene that will never appear anymore in the future (Battle content yes, cutscene is a total no no). and many more i guessing?
grand company quests have been around for months, and like I said 1.21 content, they made it sound like something different than the elixer farming that they call " imperial invasion" is such a big deal.. that shit got old 2 months ago in 1.21. its 1.22a and still no new 7th umbral content to be seen.
..... you say no content? wow..... so the Ifrit cutscene leading to the Moogle primals then to the Garuda cutscene primals doesn't occured to you as a freaking part of the 7th Umbral Content?grand company quests have been around for months, and like I said 1.21 content, they made it sound like something different than the elixer farming that they call " imperial invasion" is such a big deal.. that shit got old 2 months ago in 1.21. its 1.22a and still no new 7th umbral content to be seen.
