Dear Shosa,
Before you embarrass all of Durandal, can you please learn how to type in English? Your lack of punctuation, spelling and decent grammatical structure offends me.

People were crowd over the server pre-1.22a and I thought welcome back campaign would make it worse. But no, it seem the server has been quite lately. People seem to quit instead of farming 25,000 seal + 3x primal seal mostly, or that they just say they feel bored and doing something else.
FFXIV : ARR all instance boss gameplay video can be found here..

Most probably other games >< or something else.... . is to be expected.... .

Diablo III just came out this week. It's probably a fair guess that a lot of people rushed the exploit to have all 7 Garuda weapons so they could have spare time to dork out in Diablo III for a good long while.People were crowd over the server pre-1.22a and I thought welcome back campaign would make it worse. Traffic will pick up again once the new wears off - so about three weeks give or take.

Welcome back campaign did bring a few of my friends back, and some of them decided to pay for at least 90 days to get the benefits of legacy. Quite a few of them will probably get addicted to the game and stay for a few years, so OP trolling is a complete fail. The combination of legacy and welcome back campaigns was definately a great idea that will potentialy yeld SE quite a few thousands and maybe even hundreds of thousand dollars. Depending on how good of a job they do keeping the players interested 90 days later...

I came back to try the game when I saw the campaign. personlly I had no lvl 50 jobs, my higest was lv 33 lnc. I was impressed with all the changes I saw since I last played about 8-9 months ago.
I've since reinstated my account.
I do have complaints though still.
Lately,
I've been coming on just to chat and not doing too much in-game stuff. I guess this is part of an MMO also. It's not that I don't want to play the game...maybe I'm a bit burned out. It's a healthy time out.
There's a lot of other things to do about now as well. The young guns around are also getting ready to graduate from school...looking to their future.
May is also typically the time when companies fire/hire/give raises etc. So us folks in real life have many things on our mind.
That and also a lot of games are coming out...breaks from time to time aren't a bad thing...
The whole burn through all the new content as fast as possible run endless raids till you get every item...that rush mentality kicked the bucket for a lot of people. Some peeps decided to stand back a little and really enjoy the game. Some others are just restless and needed away time...
I think it's healthy that peoples do other things...
Busy with Diablo 3 and new job myself, trying to work the kinks out to get less wonky hours and give me a proper sleep patern so I can fit some time for XIV in.
