Interestingly, Enfaria, the Dragoon 'thing' that I saw ever since Lancer days was as the Melee AoE King, as well as burst crit damage but that's secondary.

Can't say for sure if that still holds true, i've been doing mostly Ifrit those days or using other classes since LNC is already 50.
