There should only be one ultimate per expansion and it should always be in the X.5 patch.

Oh yeah, some people would lose their minds if they didn't get their 2 Ultimates.

Considering the effort SE claims they create. I feel they should have stuck to the base roster of races and expanded on customizing them instead.
