so, you don't use it at all. all the tanks you come across in the roulette use CDs don't wait till their damn near dead to pop all CDs. I been running a lot of Roulettes for these relics and its crazy in there, no songs BRD's, no burst on first pulls, no AOEs, laughable DPS.
