The 7.41 Relics Not Having Customizable Stats is Disappointing

This is the second-to-last step.

What ilvl are the newest relic weapons? Since the second last step for this expansion would be 790 with 795 for the last.

Edit:
Looking it up myself, they're at 775 apparently. So likely in 7.51, we're getting the next step which will actually be the second last, which will likely jump it to 790 with customized stats, basically becoming a better version of the upgraded tomestone weapons. Then sometime (maybe after) 7.55 we'll get the final step to take it to 795 to become the BiS weapon.
