Well I'll be honest then too: you sound like a usual suspect hating both the players and the game and screaming your frustrations to the void because of a streak of bad luck with the fairest house acquisition system we have had. Doesn't mean it's perfect, that much I can agree.
But I'm sure you'll get a chance to try a fight club soon yourself since you seem to think that is the only motive anyone would like to have FC house this game.

And sure - I have few submarines, and airships gardening projects because those are perfectly*normal FC activities; and alts, and at one point in time I have mained and raided and roleplayed and pvpd on every dc I have my few fcs on. Fun coincidence, I was actually thinking of moving my focus to one of my side-branches in upcoming months, because imo changing scenery seems like a fun idea for new year.

Only dc I left behind completely was primal, and back then my fc and the house bought in 3.3 found a new owner among my acquaintances for modest compensation because I was in a hurry to get out. And modest because back then moving gil from server to server was a tad more limited effort.

Calling small and/or private fc less legitimate than some other type of fcs is nothing new on this forum. I'm just ever a happy camper for the fact that forum conversation brand "legit" fcs remain largely fictional, and continue to enjoy the same rights as everyone else: right to participate in the lottery for fair chance to win a plot.
