Ban Service Accounts with more than 1 FC house

I have several leveled up characters on several servers, across 3 dcs. I like my fcs as private crews of few friends. I have bought my houses fairly, so I kinda disagree with this statenent

I'll be honest, this attitude just reeks of justification for submarine Gil farming. There's absolutely no legitimate reason your service account should have 3 of the limited quantity of FC plots. FC plots should be for legitimate FCs not plots for you to park your alts in.

A service account can only have 8 FC houses per world. And 7 of those they cannot buy themselves. What you are seeing is someone using multiple accounts and creating FCs with the same tag and name on the houses.

That was one example of the industrial scale. I still think individual players who hoard more than one FC house are just as big of an issue. The industrial Gil farming, whole ward owners are easier to point out.
